Tour Dure PD

Tour Dure PDs are the key players of Tour Dure and they make Tour Dure special. Tour Dure PDs work closely with community businesses to discover and organize new community businesses, build capacities of management, support startup and management improvement, and build networks. In other words, they serve as mediators for Tour Dure Center. They act as a bridge, building networks between residents and municipal-level administrative divisions, customers, and other residents. Tour Dure PDs are required to demonstrate passion for the independent development of communities, leadership qualities for the spontaneity and responsibility of residents, problem-solving skills to nurture resident-centered tour businesses, and insights to bring together the experiences, wisdom, resources, opportunities, and information of residents, administrative divisions, and professionals. Since 2013, Tour Dure PDs have been selected through a series of procedures (including evaluating the municipal-level administrative divisions). A team of experts reviewed the application forms of the candidates, evaluated their presentations, and interviewed them. Finally, the candidates were evaluated by the evaluation committee.
